I am a personal life coach dedicated to creating opportunities where men are encouraged to experience life authentically, fearlessly, creatively, and playfully. I completed my coaching training with the Coach Training Institute, one of the world’s largest and most respected coach training organizations in the world. Prior to coming to the world of coaching, I was in the public sector management environment.

 

As a gay man, I have been through the agony of coming out later in life and finding acceptance.  In the process I found joy and freedom in living my life openly and authentically, in developing heart centered relationships, and discovering my erotic self.  I am proud to be who I am.

 

I am a father and a grand-father. Life takes on a whole new meaning when you become a father and witness your children grow into successful adults. You learn the true meaning of unconditional love. In being part of their life, I am reminded to love the child that is within myself - that joyful, playful and spontaneous little boy who appreciates every single moments in life.

 

I live in beautiful Montreal, Quebec, Canada.   When not coaching, I enjoy Iyengar yoga, pilates, cardiovascular exercises, weight training, spinning, walking, cycling, camping, nice wine, good vegetarian food and spending an abundance of time at the spa.

 

I am also a massage therapist and believe that touch is about communicating with one another and experiencing well-being in our body and in our heart.  I am actively involved with The Body Electric School in my ongoing pursuit of personal growth, developing community with like-minded men, and expand my own erotic life. 

 

I love adventure and traveling to new places, embracing the beauty of this world and meeting new people.
