Claude Laroche is a coach and consultant dedicated to transforming individuals, teams and organizations and to achieve results through collaboration with respect and integrity.

He has developed a niche for coaching gay men and supporting them in expanding all areas of their life.  With traditional notions of manhood being expanded, he believes that today’s man is looking for new ways to live his life.

He is an adventurer of life and passionate about the people in it.  In the process of coming out as a gay man, he has found joy and freedom in living his life openly and authentically, in developing heart centered relationships, and in discovering his true self. Claude lives in Montréal, Québec (Canada). He loves spending time with his two sons and grand-son.  When not coaching, he enjoys exercising, yoga, walking, cycling, camping, good wine, good vegetarian food, spending time with friends, traveling and meeting new people.

As a member of the Gay Coach Alliance, he has the opportunity to interact with the broader community of gay men engaged in coaching.  He is actively involved with The Body Electric School in his ongoing pursuit of personal growth and developing community with like-minded men. He facilitates workshops with Yo!Gars Plus designed to consciously explore with other men how a fulfilling erotic life can nourish their ability to live more fully their entire life.
