Are you somebody who seeks a values-based life and wants to be a leader in your own life course and with others?

Do you have an inner knowing that a new way is calling you?

These are the people that excite me and the people I can coach towards a stronger way of being, leading, achieving, loving, adventuring, relating, creating or navigating life.

My clients:

* Are leaders, and those wanting to claim their true calling.

* Are people from around the world from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and with different abilities.

* Have come from governments, public life, community organizations, teaching institutions, the private sector, coaching, health and healing fields, and the creative arts.

* Are truly ready to commit to change.

I welcome people:

* Dealing with chronic diseases

* Seeking spiritual directions

* Of all sexual orientations, gender identities.

* who are feeling stuck and "wanting out"

My clients have found new careers, transformed pain into joy, changed work for purpose and calling, redefined leadership, improved intimate relationships, become unstuck in career and personal life directions, discovered hidden creativity, found new directions post-retirement and discovered inner confidence. And they have found ways to stop and smell the roses as part of the way to their success.

  • We All Need Support

    I am so aware these days of the need we all have for help and support in living our lives.  It is so sad that men in our culture are taught to tough it out, to go it alone, to never ask for directions, if you will. Life is too complicated to do alone, I believe. I have seen some men lately who come to coaching with a sense of defeat, They feel badly that they couldn't figure life out by themselves, and almost see hiring a coach as an admission of failure! I quickly reframe it for them as a victory. I say "Congratulations, you have just figured out one of the best kept secrets of life. Ha ...
