Consider the idea of listening to your life.

What would you be like if you truly and deeply listened to your heart as well as to your body?

What would you be like if you lived having a deep confidence in your body that your life was in line with your destiny and purpose on earth?

Your growth and transformation will be so much greater the more you can tap into the wisdom already within you. We might call this your intuition. By inviting a skilled guide to listen along with you to your life (to your heart and to your body) you can find the keys that open the door to the change and growth you’re seeking.

While it’s often overlooked in our society, the truth is that it’s from the calm of this listening place that you can most effectively move forward with surprising clarity & power.

My role as a coach is to help you to do this listening, and from there to get you where you want to go.

Here’s some of what you will get from life coaching with me

  • Perspective about where you are
  • Listening – a safe place for you to be heard
  • Clarity about what’s most important to you
  • Strategies to get to where you want to go
  • Options for the places you feel stuck
  • Caring and structures to support you
  • Feedback and challenge to help you move forward

My role as coach is a lot like that of a taxi driver. I’ll get you where you want to go.   If some roads are closed, then
I’ll tell you what the situation is and the best way to get there.  Probably there are some shortcuts that I know about.  The ride might be bumpy at a few points, but if it is, it’s for the purpose of helping you reach your destination.

  • Go Ahead, Choose the Best Blueberries and the Best of Life

I just ate the biggest, juiciest best blueberry in the colander.  Perfect ripeness, juicy deliciousness, everything you want in blueberries.  This is notable because when I am with my family of choice in San Francisco I rarely, if ever, get “that” blueberry or even any of its close cousins.  Nine year-old Ariana LOVES blueberries and with the enthusiasm she the displays for everything she loves and enjoys she pulls the bowl of fresh washed berries over close to her at the breakfast and, berry by berry, finds the best this batch of blueberries has to offer.  She revels in e ...

  • We All Need Support

I am so aware these days of the need we all have for help and support in living our lives.  It is so sad that men in our culture are taught to tough it out, to go it alone, to never ask for directions, if you will. Life is too complicated to do alone, I believe. I have seen some men lately who come to coaching with a sense of defeat, They feel badly that they couldn't figure life out by themselves, and almost see hiring a coach as an admission of failure! I quickly reframe it for them as a victory. I say "Congratulations, you have just figured out one of the best kept secrets of life. Ha ...
