I am the founder of The Freedom Coach which is a UK based coaching practice, offering Skype and video calls for transformational Life Change in many different areas.

LIFE TRANSFORMATION COACHING

Offering one to one coaching by Skype with or without Video and also phone coaching.

I help you gain clarity in your current situation. You will be able to understand what motivates you on a deep level, what your individual values are (and where these may have come from) and how to use this awareness as the foundation of growth and positive movement to where you want to be. This is done with full support and authenticity. I work with you in an integrative way using Coaching, NLP, Body and Mind work, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and creative visualizations.

You will be setting your own actions and transformational life goals and have a real and valid input into your own life satisfaction and happiness.
