I offer support in learning, change and development processes for individuals and teams. The focus of my consulting work the human being with its diverse resources and their individual freedom of action. I put a special emphasis on a focused conversation: by listening and differentiated demand potential is identified, resources rediscovered and expanded perspectives. Designed to meet the individual needs of this targeted approach I choose from the wide range of methods of coaching and supervision. In my consultations is important to me to offer a professional and safe environment that is characterized by openness, empathy and mutual respect. I watch it on a careful clarification of contract and a sound reflection of the joint process.
