About Me...
I'm Tommy Faricy and I am a Co-Active Life Coach and Leader. Coaching is about personal transformation. It is not about your to-do list. For me, coaching is the art and practice of helping people live their wildest dreams, achieve their highest goals, and be there happiest and most joyful self.
My life purpose is for people to feel Loved and Worthy. This infuses my coaching practice and the way I live my life. It applies in our personal lives, but it also applies in the workplace, in our civic organizations, and in our communities.
I have three areas that I am particularly passionate about. First, I want every person to live their wildest dreams, and to engage the practices and take the risks necessary to be and do everything that is possible. This is about living life on the edge of our comfort zone. It is about adventure and accomplishment and joy. It is about facing, head-on, our fears and the things that hold us back.
Second, as an out proud gay man, I care deeply about the blessings, challenges, and issues of being part of a sexual minority. This is about who we are as individuals, how we show up in the world, and about love, romance, and sexuality.
Last but not least, I care about great leadership! I worked in corporate America for over 22 years as an Operations Manager, then Market Director of Human Resources. I believe that great leadership, and being true to our values, are the key to successful businesses. This is about helping leaders be their very best in our fast-paced, hectic world. It is about helping leaders achieve great success at work while simultaneously experiencing joy and peace in their personal lives.
I received my coach training through the Coaches Training Institute, based in San Rafael, CA. I completed the core curriculum in May of 2011, and completed a 10-month intensive Leadership Program in August 2012.
