Business Details

My life coaching practice assists people who want to tap into and honour their own resilience when dealing with life changing events such as being HIV positive, health challenges, changes in employment or personal relationships. Clients are often seeking clarity on what meaning and value these changes can bring to their life .What can be gained from this experience? Who am I becoming now? Is there a need for a “coming out” process? Does this change affect the way that I “present” myself in the world? How can this change help me to get what I truly want from life?

I am certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC)  ADLER Trained Coach (ATC) by the ADLER Faculty of Professional Coaching. I am  a trained mediator  holding an Executive Certificate in Conflict Management from the University of Windsor. In 2006,  I co-founded the Positive Leadership Development Institute (PLDI) a leadership development program for people who are HIV positive that has supported more than 700 graduates in Canada and Australia. My services as a consultant include; individual and team coaching, board mentoring and policy development, Executive Director coaching, strategic planning, advocacy and conflict resolution.
