Embracing Authenticity:
As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand the importance of self-acceptance and embracing one's true identity. My personal journey of self-discovery and acceptance has provided me with invaluable insights into the unique challenges faced by individuals navigating their own paths of self-expression.
By combining my extensive experience in Agile leadership, stakeholder management, and people management with my newfound passion for coaching, I bring a unique perspective and skill set to my coaching practice. I am dedicated to supporting individuals in their transformational journeys, empowering them to unlock their potential, heal from past experiences, and create a fulfilling and purpose-driven life.

More about me

Born and raised in war-torn Bosnia, I witnessed the devastating impact of conflict, which fueled my determination to rise above adversity and pursue a life of purpose. Along my journey, I have experienced various transformations, both personal and professional, that have shaped me into the compassionate and empathetic coach I am today.

Throughout my career in the corporate world, I have held multiple roles that have allowed me to develop a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics. As a recruiter, I honed my ability to identify and attract top talent, ensuring that the organizations I worked for had the right people in the right roles. This experience gave me insight into the importance of aligning individual skills and aspirations with organizational goals.

Additionally, my time as an Agile Coach allowed me to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within teams. I facilitated agile methodologies and frameworks, empowering teams to work efficiently, adapt to change, and deliver high-quality products. As an Agile Program Lead, I coordinated multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, removing impediments, and optimizing delivery processes. These roles sharpened my leadership skills as I learned to motivate and inspire individuals and teams to achieve their full potential.

In parallel to my corporate journey, I made the decision to pursue my Masters in Organization Development and Leadership at Fielding Graduate University. This experience has been transformative, equipping me with advanced knowledge in areas such as change management, leadership development, and organizational culture. The program's focus on experiential learning and collaboration has allowed me to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios, enhancing my problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.

By combining my professional experience in various roles with my academic pursuits, I have developed a holistic understanding of organizational dynamics and leadership principles. This unique blend of practical expertise and theoretical knowledge positions me to drive meaningful change within organizations, fostering growth and success in an ever-evolving business landscape.
