Welcome! I'm Dominic Longo, founder of Flourishing Gays. We look through queer eyes, which see the weird and wonderful aspects of each person that are yearning to “come out.”
Experiential, practical, and hands-on, Flourishing Gays takes an interactive approach to leadership development and diversity and inclusion training. Participants explore their creative inner resources to find the queer superpowers that they harbor within.
Heroes Journey is our executive leadership program for LGBTQ+ men. Our Queer Eyes for Leaders workshops are for professionals of all gender identities and sexual orientations.
