Welcome to Inner Alchemy Life Coaching!
I'm Alex Rodriguez, an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). Drawing on over 30 years of professional leadership experience, I help individuals navigate life transitions, career changes, personal reinvention, and the search for greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
As a gay man, I understand the importance of living authentically and feeling seen, heard, and accepted. I welcome LGBTQ+ clients seeking an affirming, supportive coaching relationship, while maintaining an inclusive practice open to everyone.
My coaching is grounded in the Co-Active philosophy that every person is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. I partner with clients to uncover their own wisdom, explore possibilities, and take meaningful action aligned with their values.
I offer bilingual coaching in English and Spanish, virtually and in person in Montclair, NJ.
