Jarret helps individuals and teams learn to manage their brains to become better performers. 

He spent several years studying the neurobiology of human performance to develop a new theory of motivation, influence, and engagement, called e3: empathize, educate, empower. He has contributed dozens of articles to Forbes . com on the psychology of leadership strategy.

Previously, Jarret spent nearly two decades helping businesses use data and information to make better strategic and operational decisions as a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM, Deloitte Consulting, EY, Fidelity Investments, and others.

Jarret holds a Bachelor's in management from The College of Human Ecology at Cornell University and an MBA from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, where he studied behavioral economics and leadership.
