As a professional development coach, I encourage and support exploration and examination, while providing accountability to foster sustainable results. I embrace each person's unique humanity to inspire and empower them to take risks both professionally and personally and unblock barriers in order to achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves.

My approach to clients is with empathy through listening for understanding. Through powerful questioning, I support the exploration of ideas and concepts which are either unknown or as yet unexplored, leading to the potential for improvement. By creating a safe space, I encourage my clients to verbalize their thoughts along their journey to desired results.

As a member of the LGBTQ community, I understand the issues of this population. In particular, the challenges of living as an LGBTQ elder.

With more than 20 years of experience as a successful business and non-profit professional, I have extensive management and leadership experience across a diversity of industries and communities. These include non-profit organization and management, corporate sales, training, and leadership development, building government and foundation relationships, grant management, with experience in the fields of travel and hospitality, art, design, and corporation relations.

As a lifelong learner, I intelligently approach life challenges and problems as opportunities. I enjoy cooking, the arts, and travel because I learn about and experience other cultures and people. I am glad to facilitate connections throughout my networks.
