I spent 20 years in the closet. I know personally what it can cost to hold yourself back and push parts of yourself down, blocking their expression. Coming out was a pivotal threshold in my life, but I realized it was only the beginning. Learning to live with greater freedom, authenticity, and connection has been a much longer journey, requiring a lot of letting go.

People come to me to release patterns like people-pleasing, hiding, masking, disconnecting, suppressing, overthinking, perfecting, controlling, avoiding, proving, constantly trying to become a “better” version of yourself, or that feeling deep in your throat, chest, or stomach that you can't seem to shake.
