Vince Sison

A people manager and coach with a mission to help you unlock your greatness by working on the hard things.

As a coach, I believe in the full potential of every individual. By focusing on career and life transitions along with supporting emerging leaders, I help my clients unlock their next chapter while helping amplify their voice and stay true to their most authentic selves. Everyone has a story and I give people a platform to pause and honor that history, while supporting them in finding the courage to move forward, cultivating transformational change, and becoming the best version of themselves. I completed coaching certification training through The Hudson Institute of Coaching and I am an associate certified coach through the International Coaching Federation. Currently taking on new clients, please reach out or visit secondstarleadership.com for more information.
