Matthew Goddard

I work with LGBTQ+ individuals, leaders, and creatives who are ready to move beyond performance, masking, and external expectation, and into a more authentic way of living, relating, and leading.

Drawing from my training in Intuitive Psychology coaching, I create spaces for deep self-inquiry and transformation – helping clients uncover the unconscious patterns, conditioning, and protective strategies that can keep them disconnected from themselves and others. Combined with my background in leadership hiring and consulting, my work bridges identity, emotional regulation, relationships, authentic leadership, and embodied self-trust.

Alongside one-to-one coaching, I’m passionate about creating group experiences that foster deeper connection, belonging, presence, and visibility within queer communities. My work blends emotional depth with grounded, practical transformation – helping people grow and expand without losing themselves in the process.
